President Buhari, today had a Bilateral Meeting with King Abdullah bin Al-Hussein of Jordan, on the sidelines of UNGA. Both leaders discussed on issues of benefit to their countries. See more photos below.

JAMB Deadline For 2017 Admission Process.

The Joint admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) yesterday while announcing the 2017 official cut-off marks equally disclosed the 2017 admission deadline. According to the information, admissions into public degree awarding institutions will end on January 15, 2018 while that of private institutions ends on January 31, 2018. Also, decisions on first choice candidates by universities will end on October 15, and that for second choice candidates will end on December 15. We do not know at the moment whether these timelines are for all the tertiary institutions (Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of education) as the statement did not indicate that. We do hope that JAMB gives clarification to this soonest. However, going by what was said by the JAMB Registrar, Prof. Oloyede, institutions are to have a uniform admission deadline.

Nigerian man who showed off his handicapped girlfriend shares love story (photos)

The young man simply identified as Samuel Donald has shared the story of how he and his beautiful girlfriend met. According to the handsome man he was interested in her after he saw photos of her on social media. He further noted that he fell in love with her after they met and he got to know her more. He said:  “I met her on social media, and to be sincere I was so sympathetic we got to know ourselves then I got to like her, I fell for her after knowing her well in person.” Donald also revealed that his mother is not in support of their relationship, adding that she knew nothing about his relationship with his girlfriend until their story went viral. He said:  “My mom just saw it and she has no idea that we are dating she’s giving me advice to be careful.” The young man further expressed that his friends are making jest of him.
