Bishop David Oyedepo and his last child, Joys Oyedepo turned a year older today, September 27.
Joys took to her social media page to celebrate her "Daddio' on his 63rd birthday.
It's such an honour and a privilege to share every birthday with my daddio, my most amazing father," she wrote.
"As I step into every new year, hearing him pray over me, as I pray the same and more for him, fills my heart with so much joy.
So, to my father, happy Birthday daddy! thank you for letting Mummy surprise you with me on same 27th! I love you so dearly -forever and always.

I don't want to live up to 120 years- RCCG GO, Pastor Adeboye says

The General Overseer Worldwide of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RRCG, Pastor Adeboye, says longevity is a good thing but that for him, he does not want to live up to 120 years. The clergyman who turned 75 in March this year, said this while delivering his sermon at the birthday service for Pastor Yerima El-Samaila of the Faith Foundation Church, who turned 70 years on Monday, September 4th. “It is not how long you live but how well you spend your life,  I don’t want to be 120 years old. Longevity is good but there is a limit. People don’t want to die because they don’t know where they are going; I know where I am going. I have seen heaven, I have seen my house in heaven, I know what is waiting for me there, heaven is beautiful, and I can’t wait to go there. I want to finish what I have to do here and finish it well, any of us can go at any moment we have to get ready for home,” he said

Non-Academic Staff Of Universities To Embark On Indefinite Strike Next Week

Non-teaching staff of Nigerian Universities under the auspices of Joint Action Committee says it will embark on an indefinite strike from Monday, Sept. 11 over non-implementation of the 2009 agreement. The union comprise the National Association of Academic Technologists, the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions, and the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities. A statement jointly signed by Mr Sani Suleiman, Mr Chris Ani and Mr Samson Ugwoke, Presidents of NAAT, NASU and SSANU made this known in Abuja on Wednesday. Ugokwe said that the Federal Government was taking the non-teaching staff of universities for granted as it had breached the implementation of the agreement of 2009 and Memorandum of Understanding signed with JAC in January 2017.
